Fiber optical modem PolyKom-300U

Fiber optical modem PolyKom-300U intends for concurrent transmission:
  • 4, 8 or 16 E1-streams;
  • Ethernet 10/100 Base-T, 100 Mbit/s;
  • asynchronous data (1xRS232-port with data rate up to 115,2 Kbit/s);

    over single-mode and multimode fiber.
    Data rate up of optic link to 152 Mbps.

    This PDH-decision is effective in creation of distributed networks consist of separate segments with small capacity and also in organization branches ("last mile") from SDH dataway.

    Special rack means for mounting device into 19''.

    The main features of equipment are:

    • low cost;
    • low mass-and-dimension of array;
    • VLAN supporting (frame size 1916 byte);
    • session log saves date, time and character of events in nonvolatile;
    • loading new software support by PC;
    • indication of state of the device by means of LED, and indication of alarm by beep;
    • checking feature of local and remote equipments;

    Control of device is realized by means of:

    • F-port (RS-232) with ANSI;

    • monitoring of local and remote equipments in real time;
    • redesign of local and remote equipments (including loopbacks);
    • revision of log in local and remote equipments.

    All interfaces of device are compliance with ITU-T G.823, G.747, G.704, G.703, G.651, G.652, G.654 Recommendations.

    • 1310 nm for 1 fiber mode;
    • 1550 nm for 1 fiber mode;
